This year, National Wreaths Across America Day will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024. Join the more than two million volunteers and supporters who will gather to Remember, Honor and Teach at more than 4,000 participating locations in all 50 states, at sea and abroad.
The annual tradition of Wreaths Across America at Lone Oak Cemetery holds profound significance in honoring and remembering our veterans during the Christmas season. This heartfelt event pays tribute to the sacrifices of our servicemen and women by laying remembrance wreaths on their graves, embodying the values of remembrance, honor, and the enduring spirit of freedom. The act of adorning the final resting places of our veterans with these wreaths serves as a powerful symbol of gratitude and respect for their dedicated service to our country.
